[Written] Ordinary Economics

Well, the idea is really simple.

[spoiler=Card]

Ordinary Economics
Spell/Normal
Send 1 Normal Monster from your hand to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards. You can only activate 1 "Ordinary Economics" per turn.

So hope no one did a card exactly like this recently (because its not original at all, and there is actually an existing card basically like this but worse: "Commom Charity", which btw is pretty bad as a drawing engine or to solving some issues I will talk below).
Its just that... Sometimes I wonder why Normal Monsters even exist. I mean, except if the deck is revolved around them o they have bunch of support (Blue-eyes; Dark Magician), there is literally no reason to even consider using Normal Monsters in your deck (because a Lv4 monster with a shitty effect is essentially better than a Lv4 Normal Monster), which feels pretty boring to me.
I actually have a couple more cards in mind involving creating a Normal Monsters engine (of sorts), but I went with this card first to cover one of the most basic weakness of Normal Monsters (or a deck that wants to play around with Normal Monsters a bit, which is actually what I'm trying to promote), which is running the risk of drawing only Normal Monsters and nothing to support them (realistic speaking, Normal Monsters ought to rely on some support, which is generally better than support for Effect monsters, to be comparatively useful, and this card should help you to draw said support). Also right now the optimal way to use Normal Monster is by using as few as possible, which sucks.
Therefore a card like this would actually allow some decks to TRY to splash a couple Normal Monsters (like 5-7, for instance) without having to worry too much about them being dead in the hand.

And yeah, the card is incredibly generic, but I think its fine because you are actually compromising on using Normal Monsters in your Deck (do I need to say that Allure of Darkness is actually more generic than this card? Which you don't even need to adjust your deck to it), and I can't really imagine this card creating problematic decks or making things bonkers (it isn't optimal for FTKs because HOPT, Blue-Eyes would rather use Trade-in, anything that can would rather use Allure of Darkness, although Dark Magician.dek could benefit from it nicely because Illusion Magic + Eternal Soul, which sounds fine to me tbh). I actually was thinking on decks like Gem Knights when creating the card (so they could opt for a build involving more normal monsters with less chances of clogging), but I'd happy if this card could actually create even more possibilities.
IE: Make Normal-Pendulums.dek and Geminis.dek less bad, open up crap like a dedicated Advanced Ritual Art.dek (although this card's balance is debatable), make good cards that aren't as used because running random Normal Monsters is still pointless better (Painful Decision, Unexpected Dai), or just make so splashing Normal Monsters to give your deck some sort of different engine/variation is more possible (while using some of their support like "Faustian Bargain", "Dark Factory of Mass Production", "Heart of Underdog", "Symbols of Duty", etc, which btw I don't think there is enough yet to be honest).

Well, I will probably try expanding the concept of a Normal Monsters-engine later (I have some other cards brainstormed, but they are still drafts), but for now I'd be interested in knowing if you guys think this card could be remotely useful (to be honest, I don't think it would have an impact at all right now, but I think it could be great for the future of the game, and I'd be happy if something like Dark Magician.dek could use it decently).
