goodfusion Posted April 21, 2016 Report Share Posted April 21, 2016 I hope I don't sound too harsh here, but there are several problems with your card: Monsters with 0 printed levels must have a clause in the effect box stating its actual level (1 or higher)Monsters must have an actual Type. 'Toon' is just a sub-Type, it should be written something like Aqua/Toon/EffectATK and DEF values should probably end in 0, so the ATK should probably be 40/40A few card grammar issues I personally think the card is a bit OP. However as it says "or his brother" I presume it does not work against non-males, so it could be an interesting way of increasing the proportion of female to male players.
