If you control a face-up WATER Aqua-Type monster, you can activate this card from your hand. This is essentially the effect "Tears of the Mermaid" has in Duelists of the Roses, but tweaked and updated. It's special activation requirement is partly based on the anime and manga, in which "Red Archery Girl" was on the field when "Tears of the Mermaid" was used. Anyways, CnC, pretty please? Do you think the "cannot activate its effects" bit can be upgraded to "its effects are negated", or will it end up too strong, being a non-Continuous Fiendish Chain?
