Interesting attempt for a Pendulum Deck to make an emergency push, albeit with odd circumstances required. You don't normally see Pendulums in the Graveyard unless there's been some discarding or Xyz Material detachments going on, but I guess this is the intended limiting factor of this card?

Agreed, it's a little circumstantial and I might remove the first part, but the thought was that Solemn Notice is still a thing, so if you're going to have Pendies in the Graveyard, might as well use them for something *shrugs* Thank for the comment
