Sunshine Jesse
I'm ignoring rule 5 because these are meant to make them somewhat competitive while still keeping the flavor. If it's an actual problem then pretend the last 3 cards don't exist. I haven't actually written any cards in forever so ayyyyy here goes nothin'. High Priest of the SunLevel 5; LIGHT[Fairy/Effect](This card's attribute is also always treated as DIVINE.)You can Normal Summon this card without tribute. When this card is Tribute or Special Summoned; Special Summon up to 3 "Ra's Disciple" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. You can Normal Summon 1 Divine-Beast monster from your hand, ignoring the summoning conditions, by paying two of the four following costs:-Banish 1 card from your hand.-Pay 2000 Life Points.-Tribute 3 monsters.-Banish 1 "Divine Evolution" from your hand or Graveyard.[1900 ATK/1400 DEF] Divine EvolutionQuick-Play Spell CardTarget 1 DIVINE Monster you control: It gains 1000 ATK, and if it does, it's unaffected by your opponent's card effects until their next End Phase. You can shuffle this banished card into your deck: Draw 1 card. In the Name of the PharaohContinuous Spell CardYou can only activate each effect of "In the Name of the Pharaoh" once per turn. This card cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects.1) You can add 1 DIVINE monster from your Deck to your hand, and if you control no other monsters, you can Special Summon it. You cannot activate the (2) effect of "In the Name of the Pharaoh" this turn.2) Shuffle 1 level 10 or higher DIVINE monster from your hand or Graveyard into your Deck: Draw 3 cards, then place 1 of those drawn cards on the top of your Deck. You cannot activate the (1) effect of "In the Name of the Pharaoh" this turn.3) Add 1 "Divine Evolution" or "The True Name" from your Deck to your hand. Obelisk the ProgenitorRank 11;DIVINE[Divine-Beast/Xyz/Effect]2 or more Level 11 MonstersYou can also Xyz Summon this card by banishing 1 "Divine Evolution" from your hand or Graveyard, then use an "Obelisk the Tormentor" you control as Xyz Material. This card's Xyz Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Xyz Summoned, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. If this card has a DIVINE Monster as Xyz Material, it gains these effects: 1) Banish 1 monster on the field or in either player's Graveyard, and if you do, attach it to this card as Xyz Material.2) Detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all cards your opponent controls, and if you do, they take 4000 damage.3) Cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's cards and effects. The (1) effect of "Obelisk the Progenitor" can only be used once per turn.[5000 ATK/5000 DEF] Slifer the Celestial DragonLevel 11;DIVINE[Divine-Beast/Synchro/Effect]1 Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner MonstersYou can also Synchro Summon this card by banishing 1 "Divine Evolution" from your hand or Graveyard, then use a "Slifer the Sky Dragon" you control as Synchro Material. This card's Xyz Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Xyz Summoned, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. If a DIVINE monster was used in the Synchro Summon of this card, it gains these effects: -This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for every card in your hand, and 500 ATK and DEF for every card in your Graveyard.-When a monster(s) is Summoned to your opponent's side of the field: That monster(s) loses 2000 ATK, then if its ATK has been reduced to 0 as a result, destroy it.-Cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's cards and effects.[? ATK/? DEF] Ra the Divine Sun DragonLevel 11;DIVINE[Divine-Beast/Fusion/Effect]Any 3 DIVINE monsters with different names. You can also Fusion Summon this card by banishing 1 "Divine Evolution" from your hand or Graveyard, then use a "The Winged Dragon of Ra" monster you control as Fusion Material. Can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Fusion Summon cannot be negated. When Fusion Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can pay Life Points so that you only have 100 left; this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount of Life Points paid, and it gains the following effects: -Cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's cards and effects.-While you control this card, tribute all other cards you control: This card gains the original ATK and DEF of any Tributed monsters.-If this card leaves the field, you lose the duel.[? clipside12
Is Slifer the Celestrial Dragon a Synchro or XYZ monster? XDAlso, I think High Priest of the Sun is a little... no, too overpowered. Every Egyptian God needs 3 Tribute, while with that monster you can Normal Summon it by banishing 1 card from your hand. Which means if you have HPOTS, Double Summon, an Egyptian God and a random card, your opponent is... kinda... done. While HPOTS is too overpowered, I think Ra the Divine Sun Dragon should have something to protect yourself if you use his eff, like your opponent cannot inflict effect damage to you or your opp can't attack you directly, or RTDSD can't be tributed (in case your opp use kaiju). Otherwise, you are totally done.

Not only that, but you have to pay two of the costs, not one, and they each synergize with different gods. Ra is supposed to be an "all or nothing" card rather than an actual sustainable boss monster so it has the strongest OTK effect but weakest... sustainability, while Slifer is more sustainable and Obelisk is in the middle. If you don't win that turn, you probably misplayed somewhere and are supposed to lose by design.
