[spoiler=Designer Notes]While Super Quantals are not as consistent as they use to be.. I still think Magnus deserves a counter to it when it is out on the field because once it is out... It is nearly impossible to counter. This on the other hand would give players a chance to S39, or Moon Shield him, and be done with him altogether. I can't really think of anything too bad that would come from a flood gate like this. If anything I think it promotes more good than bad, but I could be wrong... Please tell me if I am. Snatch Steal Posted May 2, 2016 Report Share Posted May 2, 2016 NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO This eliminates Ignister, Tiaramisu, Erebus, Compulse, Kirin (which may be a good thing?), and Drowning/Storming Mirror Force, which are almost all relevant checks to Kozmo. This makes them seemingly unaffected by card effects, since most of the non-target removal that destroys is called Raigeki or Dark Hole. I will think about how I can exclude them indirectly for this... If I can't I may just scrap the idea. The more I think about it though.... Wouldn't they prefer to have Kozmotown as a field instead... You know for recycling garbage they do? (I am really going to try to justify this...) On a side note, this card hits a lot of real mean cards which I am happy about... Sadly, those same cards are a means of checks and balances to this messy game so I guess...
