Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Xyz Monster you control; this turn, it is treated as a Tuner monster, also you can use it as a Synchro Material for a Synchro Summon using its Rank as if it were a Level. If this card is in your Graveyard, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control; reduce its Level by 4, and if you do, Special Summon this card, and if you do that, attach the top card of your Deck to this card as Xyz Material. You can only use this effect of "Xyz Tuning Dragon" once per Duel.
