FLIP: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; negate its effects, then send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, monsters with that name cannot activate effects in the Graveyard for the rest of the Duel. 

If this card is Special Summoned: You can change it to face-down Defense Position. If this face-down card is targeted by a card effect: You can change this card to Attack Position, then negate that effect. Cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; change this card to face-down Defense Position.
