Equip to a FIRE monster, it gains 200 ATK for every monster it sent to the graveyard. When a this card is destroyed; destroy the monster equipped with this card: Destroy 1 card on the field once both this card and the equipped monster are in the graveyard.

Here are some OCG fixes:

 

Equip only to a FIRE monster. The equipped monster gains 200 ATK every time this card destroys a monster by battle. When this card is destroyed, destroy the equipped monster, and if you do, destroy 1 card on the field.

 

Eh. The destruction effect is pretty good, but destroying your own monster? If it was a weak 1 yes, but still, destroying a monster equipped with this card would be a big NO NO. Also, the buff effect is pretty weak. Maybe change it up to 400 or something.

TF2 has warped my expectations of this card. I expected it to get some wacky ability when you "backstab" the opponent, i.e. attack them directly, which would've created some shenanigans with Raging Flame Sprite.

 

A lot of times Equips end up in the Graveyard is because the monster they're equipped to has left the field. Hence it would be very difficult for that last effect to trigger. You can make that last effect trigger without needing to destroy the equipped monster and nobody would bat an eyelid - lots of notable Equips nowadays tend to have a "float" effect to compensate, or just have an incredibly strong buff increment.
