Snatch Steal Posted May 21, 2016 Report Share Posted May 21, 2016 Balto Memes. I like your style. Negation can't be a cost for an effect, and even if it could, that would probably break the game. The activation of your opponent's spell/trap card should instead be the timing for the card's activation (denoted by a colon), followed by the effect without a cost. This card is a free Spell/Trap negation with not too many drawbacks. Using it on something like bottomless can save you upwards of 3 cards at once. You may also want to clarify, though, when it would activate, because if it's any time, then the card might be a little underpowered.
