Hello my name is Enguin
Woah now no no no. You've made a non-targeting Brain Control here pal, which keeps the monster for what I'm presuming is 2 turns (the turn you activate and the next, since that'll only be your 1st standby after activation). But basically no, don't do that. Stealing your opponent's monster and having no restrictions on what you can do with it is ridiculously strong, see Brain Control, Snatch Steal, and Change of Heart. All at 0, and they all target. This doesn't even have that "restriction" for whatever reason. I get the idea is that it's a card that applies to both s/t and monsters but funking hell you really jumped the power. 500 for non-target s/t destruction isn't exactly bad or good but it's not relevant with a second effect as stupidly strong as that. If you want to keep the stealing you'd want to at least add can't tribute it and it can't attack a la Mind Control. The non-targeting element still leaves it 2strong like, but it's at least coming closer to balanced than this. If you are going to distribute power so unevenly between effects I'd say put a hard opt on it. So basically don't make Brain Control because that's not good design. Mind Control is relatively fair enough. Anything stronger than that and you're getting into dangerous territory with regards power. The first effect could do with a buff but nobody'd be using it for that anyway so it's less relevant than Castel's first effect. Make it target, put some kind of restrictions on what you can do with the monster, and don't have it last for 2 of your turns because that's just stupid even if you negate the effects and make the stats 0, it's essentially non-target non-destruction removal at 3 with no drawbacks. Leave it just for the end phase or your opponent's end phase.

Hello my name is Enguin
Not at all no. Don't really know why you'd think that either having read back over it.
_Wulf_
It was just a joke because it was super long.
Snatch Steal
see ... Snatch Steal :3c At least it's a normal spell and not a continuous like I first thought. Like he said, this is an issue. While it's more costly than Brain Control, it's definitely similar, and still really good; heck, it's even better because it doesn't target. The first effect is mediocre at best, and can be achieved by other things that do it better, so one may as well just go with effect number 2. Instant Fusion is also a 1000 LP cost, and can 2-card FTK in some situations, or at least make comebacks happen. The reason free theft is so good is because, well, obvious reasons. Just gonna take your card, thanks. But the less obvious reason is that you can just make an Xyz or Synchro off of it. Some cards can't be targeted, which protects them from this kind of removal, but this doesn't care.
