Other then that, generic level 4 Tuner. Also, congrats on 700th post! Thank you~ It's supposed to synergize with Unpossessed monsters and counter Kozmo pilots. It's also searchable with Tenki, and can be special summoned by way of Onslaught of the Fire Kings and Rekindling. I might give it a once per turn destruction protection for that reason, actually. I mean in accordance to the ruling we the players acknowledge the term, but in the actual card text its rarely mention...most of Quick effect is recognize by the wording/text of "during either player.." im being cautious in term of it logical ongoing, especially if you wanna input this to computed simulation like Ygopro or Tag Force and the like. Therefore, there shouldn't be much of a problem. there some cards that actually a quick effect without those wording (in these case those card have "(this is a quick effect)" wording on them. im just aware that this card as it now possibly gonna react to wrong targets due how specific it is (and imagine that on a DN/IRL duel between 2 new player). unless you give them Cocoon Rebirth treatment...which a quite old wording (not yet updated to PSCT, but it exist) of specifically react based on card text that present to the card it reacted to (in Cocoon party case, the names of Neo-Spacian): which bring us to something like this: When your opponent activates an effect of Monster that has "During either Player turn" OR "this is a quick effect" Written in that card text : You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; send that target to the Graveyard. Your opponent cannot activate monster effects in response to this card's effect. this version it actually slightly widen it range as it can react to any monster that have quick effect text, not just the activation of it which of course slightly not as you intended. to keep the flavor of being effective against quick effect we can actually take advantage of the another nature of quick effect of able to active at your turn. in form of nerf: When your opponent activates an effect of Monster that has "During either Player turn" OR "this is a quick effect" Written in that card text : You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; send that target to the Graveyard. if you active this effect on your turn,your opponent cannot activate monster effects in response to this card's effect. as now it still the same gimmicky card but with wider range of targets and the same big pay off. the nerf promotes more of interaction, while still have a slightly downgraded potency on right timing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Would only be able to side deck this card in case of deck with enough quick effects.
