Once per turn, while in Defense Position: Cannot be destroyed by battle. If sent to Graveyard as Synchro material for a Synchro Summon: Draw 1 card; If card drawn was a Level 3 or lower monster: Special Summon it in Defense Position.

Eh.

It's a tuner, which is good, and Aqua WATER helps with Salvage and that one other card I can't remember that special summons a level 3 or lower from grave. It protects itself, which can work in stalling, but outside of those, it's not worth much. Unless you're stacking your Deck, the odds of drawing Aquatic Gem Lizard is very low. Drawing a card helps you stay consistent, sure, but you'd be better off playing something rather than this since its only benefits are being a tuner-a role that can be filled with many other cards-and being a floater-which many other cards can also do.

Okay, this is definitely an improvement. This might be gimmicky, but Sylvans would appreciate using this, since they can stack their deck and say "hey marshalleaf buh-bye monster sync for quasar gg?"

Now that there are so many more options, it might be worth the slowness, since you can always just inherent summon something or Brifu for the extra normal summon and trick clown. It might be a little luck based, though, because if you draw, say, Tragoedia (for some weird reason?), what happens to your combo?

Anyway, this is a good improvement, because now you're still floating with a higher chance of continuing your combo.

Thank you for review , I was trying to make a useful WATER tuner that doesn't necessarily need to be in WATER themed decks but could still support them in some way if included in those decks. I think how I edited the last effect would make it more useful in decks without cards like tragoedia but with other useful level 3 or lower. And i made it somewhat luck based to keep it balanced.

Tragoedia was probably a bad example. I meant basically anything over level 3.

If you wanted to make it more accessible, it might need a different type, or if you had support in mind, feel free to relay it.

Well I seems i made it able to support a synchro deck that utilizes lower level monsters, possibly getting out another tuner after you synchro with this one and tbh i made it aqua type cause I'm trying to go in order of types alphabetically for making cards, so every type can get some love lol
