Permanent Vanilla 3-scale is basically always good, regardless of the Deck, and this can be searched with King of the Feral Imps. 3-scale is not bad, since you can use it with a 5-scale to bring out whatever level 4s you need to Xyz summon. You can also use Luster with it to Destroy it, add another, add this one back to your hand, activate this again, Wavering Eyes (if you're in Traditional or something), etcetera.

But yeah, this thing doesn't stop coming back.
