Duke:

While your LP are higher then your Opponent's by at least 1000, all "Robocorn" monsters you control cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, your opponent's card effects. While your LP are lower then your Opponent's, all "Robocorn" monsters you control cannot attack. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can discard 1 card: Until the end of this turn, this card's ATK becomes 0, it cannot be destroyed by battle, and whenever you would take damage from battles involving this card, you gain that amount of LP instead. When you gain 2000 or more LP, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. This effect of "Robocorn - Duke of Desire" can only be activated once per turn. You can only control 1 "Robocorn - Duke of Desire".

Father:

While your LP are higher then your Opponent's by at least 1000, negate the effects of all face-up Continuous Trap cards your opponent controls. While your LP are lower then your Opponent's, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can discard 1 card: Until the end of this turn, this card's ATK becomes 0, it cannot be destroyed by battle, and whenever you would take damage from battles involving this card, you gain that amount of LP instead. When you gain 2000 or more LP, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. This effect of "Robocorn - Father of Fantasy" can only be activated once per turn. You can only control 1 "Robocorn - Father of Fantasy".

Ruler:

While your LP are higher then your Opponent's by at least 1000, all "Robocorn" monsters you control gain 1000 ATK. While your LP are lower then your Opponent's, all "Robocorn" monsters you control loose 1000 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can discard 1 card: Until the end of this turn, this card's ATK becomes 0, it cannot be destroyed by battle, and whenever you would take damage from battles involving this card, you gain that amount of LP instead. When you gain 2000 or more LP, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. This effect of "Robocorn - Ruler of Rainbows" can only be activated once per turn. You can only control 1 "Robocorn - Ruler of Rainbows".

Vindy:

1 "Robocorn" monster + 2 non-Token Level 4 LIGHT Effect monsters.

If this card is Fusion Summoned, you gain 1000 LP for each "Robocorn" monster used as a Fusion Material. Cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card battles an opponent's monster, while your LP are higher then your opponent's, you can Discard 1 card: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK or DEF(Whichever is higher) of the monster this card is battling. Then, gain LP equal to that damage. If your LP are lower then your opponent's, Banish this face-up card. If you gain 2000 or more LP, you can Banish this card from your Graveyard: Add 1 "Robocorn" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can only control 1 "Robocorn - Vindy of Victory".

Erasure:

If a "Robocorn" monster you control attacks an opponent's monster, and your LP are higher then your opponent's by at least 1000, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. Also, destroy any monster that battles with "Robocorn" monsters you control, at the end of each Damage Step. You can only activate each of the following effects of "Robocorn - Erasure" once per turn. When this card is activated, add 1 "Robocorn" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can Destroy 1 other card you control: Gain 2000 LP. During the End Phase of a turn in which you Discarded a card to activate the effect of a "Robocorn" monster, Draw 1 card.

Eternal Wishes:When this card is activated, you can Special Summon 1 "Robocorn" monster from your hand or Graveyard. If a "Robocorn" monster you control battles an opponent's monster, both monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. Also, if your monster is still face-up on the field at the end of the Damage Step, you can add 1 "Robocorn" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you control no monsters, you can Banish this card from your Graveyard: Fusion Summon 1 "Robocorn" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing Fusion Materials listed on it from your Graveyard. If this card is destroyed, gain 2000 LP. You can only activate each of these effects of"Robocorn - Eternal Wishes" once per turn.

I went with music/game references over military ranks. So....

Duke of Desire; Team Inferno's planet

Ruler of Rainbows; Team Rainbow's planet

Erasure; Main theme of the 1st game/iconic for the series

Eternal Wishes gets its name after the fact 'Wishes' are your tries at the game, and them being Eternal refers to the fact you have an unlimited amount of them

Vindy's name comes from the fact the band Erasure is by Andy Bell and Vince Clarke; Vince + Andy = Vindy
