Well where do i start! First of all your OCG is awfull. Secondly when a card has an affect that gives him ATK and DEF you put it with ???? instead of 0000 becuase you don't know yet. The image is alright, way too overpowered.

 

Things To Improve:

-Fix your OCG errors

-Change the ATK 0000 to ATK ????

 

I give it a 4/10. Alot of room for improvement.

I can't see the card. From what I hear, probably needs work.

Well sorry people I am stupid and forgot who Yubel was. I apologize for the "overpowered" comment and from what I have realized I will raise it's rating from 4/10 to 6/10. So well done and just work on the card.
