When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can add 1 "Vanity" or "Majesty" card from your Deck to your hand. Your opponent cannot activate monster effects. When this card leaves the field by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or 8 monster from your Graveyard, except "Majesty's Dictator", ignoring its Summoning conditions.
