You can banish this card from your Pendulum Zone, then target 1 "Wind-Up" Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Wind-Ul" Xyz Monster with a different name than that target, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.ME: a Wind-Up version of Bujin Hiroko, so yeah. Trebuchet MS Posted July 18, 2016 Report Share Posted July 18, 2016 Pair it with any generic Scale 5 or higher and you gain access to being able to PS pretty much all the Wind-Ups that matter. The issue here is that the Wind-Ups' Xyz monster library is very small. We only have Zenmaity, Zenmaioh, and Zenmaister. The last is too weak to justify running, and the first is still banned TCG-side. Otherwise something like Zenmaiday would have seen play. It's not quite what the Wind-Ups need at the moment.
