New draw card idea for dragon decks

(I am new here so forgive me if I get some stuff wrong! This card is a draw card for decks with lots of 7 and higher dragon monsters. {Witch is the type I run. I find that trade-in does not work so well.})

ATK/1000 || DEF/1000

 

xyz/dragon/effect

 

2 level 4 monster

You can xyz summon this card with 1 level 4 monster and 1 spell card in your hand as xyz materials if there is 1 or more level 7 or higher monster(s) in your graveyard. Must be xyz summoned and can not be summoned any by any other way. Twice per turn, when you send a dragon type monster form your hand or deck to the graveyard, You may draw a card. If this card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 xyz material instead. This card's effect can not be negated.

2 Level 4 monsters / You can also Xyz Summon this card if a Level 7 or higher monster is in your Graveyard, by using 1 Level 4 monster you control and 1 Spell Card in your hand as the Xyz Materials.

Must be Xyz Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Twice per turn, when you send a Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard: You can draw 1 card. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. This card's effects cannot be negated

 

The alternate Summoning condition is a bit too free IMO. Perhaps just limit it to the standard "Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster" of the Felgrand archetype? The draw power effect is neat, but should be at a once per turn, as while Xyz Summoning this card isn't that easy, getting multiple copies out by drawing a spell card to Summon it could be problematic. The protection effect is neat, and provides an alternate method of keeping it alive, but the negation prevention is a bit much already. Also, what Level 4 monster did you plan to have as a material? I suggest this:

Thanks for the feed back. The reason it is so powerful is this: When I play I most of the time I get down to 1 card after turn 2. So having +2 draw did not seem bad, It's effect not being disabled is because it would be my main draw power. I do not want to lose it. but having 3 is something I did not think of. I will update my card to your suggested effects. BTY do you know of a place where I could have this card made and shipped to me?

I wanted to play this card early so I can get more cards after turn 2 (see my other reply) so that is why level 4 + spell xyz summon. So I might keep that part

any level 4 monster. Like I said before: I go down to 1 card after turn 2. So a easy xyz summon with a +2 draw would really help me.

But I only have a deck made up of "Saga of blue eyes white dragon" & "Rise of the true dragon lords" decks. So draw is hard for me. I am working on a better on.
