Monarch King
Quick-Play Spell Card Banish 1 random card in your opponent's hand, and if you do, your opponent must banish all cards with the same name as that card from their Deck, then your opponent draws 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Book of Treatable Poison" per turn.
Yuuji Kazami
Tbh, the effect itself is a 8.5/10 had it been for an ace monster. Let me elaborate on this. This card reminds me of a pseudo mill engine that still drains your opponent's deck. However, after one use, it just acts as a -1 that wouldn't be that effective on the game with the hard OPT not helping its case, and the opponent also drawing the card back. Of course, you can't give this card too much of a boost effect-wise or it falls under broken. It's a different story if it's an OPT effect for a monster. Let's say that the monster gets this effect, and then can activate an additional effect depending on the type of card banished (Monster, Trap, or Spell). It'd make the card quite interesting to use from what I feel. With the Spell, it's a little mediocre since it's a -1, although you can possibly remove a important card from your opponent if it hasn't been played or used already. Other than that... A possible inhibitor of you draw more than one copy in your starting hand.
