Black D'Sceptyr
Song is hella stuck in my head, someone help meh. Anyways, on leafbladie's GOOD COUNSEL (and three cans of Red Bull) I have made retrains of both Time Wizard and the Night's End Sorceror-the first as anthropomorphization, the second as a sister. Keeps the original TW effect in its Pendulum Lore too, so its got that. And it's a LIGHT Spellcaster that can turn into a tuner, so IVOR SYNCHRO SYNERGY!! Enjoy, folks. [spoiler=Magician's Chronologist: Errata] LIGHT/Spellcaster-Type Pendulum Effect Monster/Level 2/500 ATK/400 DEF Scales: 8/8 Pendulum Lore: Once per turn: You can toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If you call it wrong, destroy as many monsters you control as possible, and if you do, you take damage equal to half the total ATK those destroyed monsters had on the field. Lore: Once per turn: You can reveal this card in your hand and toss a coin, If the result is Heads, Special Summon this card, and if you do, it is treated as a Tuner monster while it is on the field. If the result is Tails, destroy 1 card you control (if any). A Warrior or Spellcaster-Type Synchro Monster that used this Tuner monster you control as a Material gains this effect.• While it is on the field, halve the ATK and DEF of the face-up monster(s) your opponent controls with the highest original ATK. BDS, signing off. UPDATE: Worked with the 2nd effect to provide a little drawback to the Chronologist. Can be advantageous, though, in the right Deck.... leafbladie
The Time Wizard effect on the Pendulum scale is actually kind of cool. You could potentially use this effect first turn for a field wipe, while your field's empty. As Raigeki is available, and this card is limited, I wouldn't see this being too much of problem card. That die effect though, why?! I mean Magician's Rod is level 3, and it's the more used one, and BA focuses on level 3's, Monarchs have level 8's, Blue-Eyes is also 8's, and Kozmos either have their ships, or Kozmo Farmgirl who's a level 3 out, and this just doesn't have a high enough probability of going off. It'd be better if it was a just a coin toss. I think the ATK halving is good though, as Time Wizard in the anime didn't exactly destroy monsters, just made them weaken with age, but you didn't say if it was once per turn, or if it only happened upon the summon. While I don't think Pendulums are what DM needs, as they seem to focus more on disruption, this at least gives interesting things to play with, and I think it's pretty cool. Though uh, the idea of a generic Tuner Pendulum might not be the best idea. Just throwing it out there because of the ones we've had they've been limited to archetypes. Maybe consider making it only allowable to summon Warrior or Spellcaster-Type Synchros.

That die effect though- Ok, yeah, I took one look at the Chronologist myself and nearly had a cardiac-this is a rather outdated one I had backlogged in DeviArt and forgot to update. Should be good now. And I took the coin flip for the normal effect into consideration.
leafbladie
Much better honestly. That ATK halving is an interesting effect, like the forced aging of the strongest player on your opponent's field, and could make getting over your opponent's field a bit easier, as DM sometimes has trouble with that in the power department. Black D'Sceptyr
Time warp with a dicier-but also advantageous-side effect to not Summoning it. Also made the ATK halving Synchro giveaway a bit more specific-IMAGINE a PSY-Framelord, a Quasar Dragon, A BLUE EYES SYNCHRO with this power at beck and call.
