Beast Army; Raccoon support

Fox:

If you control a Level 2 Beast-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card(from your hand). Then, you can flip 1 face-down monster on the field face-up. You can only activate each of the following effects of "Beast Army - Fox" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a Beast-Type monster, using at least 2 non-Tuner monsters, you can Special Summon this card(from the Graveyard). You can Tribute Fusion Material Monsters on the field, including this face-up card; Special Summon 1 corresponding EARTH Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck.

Giraffe:

You can only activate each effect of "Beast Army - Giraffe" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, and you control a Beat-Type monster, you can add 1 Level 2 or lower Beast-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Beast-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard. You can Discard 1 card: You can Normal Summon 1 Beast-Type monster this turn, as an additional Normal Summon.

Raccoon:

During either player's turn, you can tribute this card you control: Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Beast-Type monster from your Deck in face-up or face-down Defense Position. If your opponent controls a monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can tribute this card from your hand instead. You can only activate this effect of "Beast Army - Raccoon" once per turn. While this card is in the Graveyard, Level/Rank 2 or lower Beast-Type monsters you control gain 300 ATK and cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects.

Fox turns Obedience Schooled into Exterio. It also synergizes with Baby Raccoon Ponpoko/Army Raccoon/Army Giraffe/etc to basically achieve the same effect; ergo, it's not dead outside of Obedience Schooled.

Giraffe is basically a 2nd copy of Valerifawn- You can play Kalantosa/Uniflora/etc more, and as such, you'd get mileage out of there effects/etc. The search effect is mainly because "Level 2 or lower Beasts".dek lacks anything like that, and everything they have just summons stuff in the Battle Phase/is easily stopped.

Raccoon is meant to be a better version of Ponpoko. Why can it be used during either turn and/or from the hand if your opponent controls a boss monster? Because Kalantosa isn't quite fast enough, and I want to be able to grab Valerifawns/etc from my Deck during my turn.

 

So basically I'm trying to improve Raccoons.dek by giving it things it needs/speeding up and improving it's plays/making it more efficient/letting it work with the "You can only summon Beasts" clause the Deck typically gets stuck with/etc.
