Detach all xyz material from 1 monster you control; immediately after this effect resolves, activate that monster's effect that require detaching its own xyz material to resolve. 

 

During either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the graveyard: you can banish this card from your graveyard and send 1 "rank-up magic" spell card form your hand or deck to your graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, activate the effect of card that was sent by this card effect.

 

If you control "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" monster, card or effect cannot be response to this card effect's activation.

Even though this card works with generic Xyz monsters I am only looking at its interaction with Tachyon Xyz.

 

My only problem with this card is that with the negotiation abilities of Tachyon monsters seem better suited as a reaction rather than a action for example your opponent summons a Kuraz the Light Monarch then you activate Tachyon Supremacy in response.

 

Basically I think it'd be cool for this card to link Xyz monster effects on to the chain.

 

Or you could just make this a Quick Play Spell and have it run as a staple in rank-up magic decks :-)
