leafbladie
Ah Raidraptors, that archetype with a multitude of Level 4 birds that swarm the field and generate lots of hand advantage (at least that's what I think they're supposed to do after playing against the Percy Raidraptor AI several times). You know what card doesn't fit in there at all though? "Raidraptor - Wild Vulture", a Level 6 Tribute monster with no inherent summoning condition, that you Tribute to summon 2 "Raidraptor" monsters from your hand or Graveyard whose total Level equals 6. As there are no Level 2 or 5 "Raidraptor" monsters, your only choice is to choose 2 Level 3 "Raidraptor - Skull Eagle", but that requires you to get them into the hand or Graveyard first. Honestly, these were both poorly thought out "Raidraptor" cards that do nothing but confuse the players who see them while browsing the Yugioh Wiki. Truly it's a shame though, as the Rank 3 "Raidraptor - Fiend Eagle" is actually a pretty decent monster that fits the archetype well. Well I decided to change this once and for all. While it would be relatively easy to just change "Raidraptor - Wild Vulture" to summon from the Deck, honestly I think making a better Level 3 that can function beyond as just a means to get out "Fiend Eagle" would be a better way to address the archetype overall to improve it. One with a better detach effect, and a better stat boost for your Raidraptor so it can help you OTK like it was meant to, and can also be used to get a Level 4 out if you prefer, so it has more versatility. So here it is: Raidraptor - Cross EagleWinged-Beast/DARK/Level 3/ATK 500/DEF 500You can discard this card and send 1 “Raidraptor” monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 “Raidraptor” monster from your hand or Deck whose Level equals the total Level of this card and the sent monster, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except “Raidraptor” monsters. You can only use this effect of “Raidraptor - Cross Eagle” once per turn. If this card is detached from an Xyz Monster and sent to the Graveyard to activate that monster’s effect: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Special Summoned monster your opponent control; its ATK becomes 0. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this effect: ● If it is Xyz Summoned: It gains 500 ATK.

Dova
YGO Percy has a RR AI? Huh, didn't know that. Well, while this card boost the Level 6/3 aspect of the archetype, it is too underdeveloped currently for one card to make a difference. Yes, this card is an instant R3, but their current R3 toolbox, despite being tiny (and limited to 1 card even more by this card) isn't very active, and unable to do much unless your opponent has no strikes/warning and a boss out which can miraculously be targeted and destroyed. However, before I read your notes on the card, I did see an interesting interaction; by combining this card with a Level 1 RR (which they have 2 of, fortunately), you can Summon a Level 4 from your Deck. Would have to playtest to see how useful that would be (I personally think it would be, considering you just need it in hand and your Level 1 in Deck, but it wouldn't be run at more than 1 as you could easily draw your other Level 1).
