It seems like a huge gamble, especially if you don't know what cards you're going to get. I personally wouldn't use it, but I suppose it might work for someone, I'm not that pro at the game so I don't know the current decks and strategies and such. There should be a semicolon in between some things, I think. Like this:

Draw three cards, then reveal your hand; Your opponent chooses 2 cards in your hand; Banish the chosen cards.

That isn't the case here.

Generally, a given card effect only has up to 1 colon and up to 1 semicolon. A card effect that has either or both is an activated card effect. (Spell/Trap effects that are activated when you activate a Spell/Trap Card are also activated effects.)

For a given card effect, the text preceding the colon is the activation conditions for the effect. This means how often and when the effect can be activated. The text preceding the semicolon, but after the colon, if any, are the actions that are performed when the effect is activated. This includes costs (which aren't part of the effect) and targeting. The text after the colon, if there's no semicolon, and otherwise after the semicolon, are the things that happen when the effect resolves. There may be more conditions written afterwards that pertain to the effect.

So you do not just include semicolons wherever you feel like looks good in a card effect (unless it is actually good). And certainly not more than one. Also, you don't capitalise words after a semicolon (unless they are already capitalised), only after colons. It is unconventional for drawing cards to be a cost.
