I'd be interested to know the name you chose for the card.

 

Something to mention: If you wanted it to work on traps which have activated, since they aren't destroyed on resolution (normally) it wouldn't work. I would suggest placing instead "any Trap Card that is activated is returned to the hand instead of being sent to the Graveyard on resolution" If this is what you want, I can see some potential in regards to this being used in some Trap Heavy decks, especially with counter traps, and, while it would hurt consistency, some combos might be forthcoming. I can't think of anything that would really want this, but I'm sure there is something

 

Of course, I may be looking too much into this, and you may just want the effect to simply return destroyed traps to the hand. If this is the case, it is probably a bit weak, as Traps are slow enough to begin with, and this basically nullifies them for a turn. Yes, there is some potential in the long run of the game, but if your opponent is not playing a fast deck they are probably going to target the card, which has no protection. Combine it with the common Twin Twisters, and you have a card which nukes the field and a facedown/Spell/Trap. 

 

It is a simple card, and I don't really know what to suggest to fix it. However, I would recommend reusing this idea either into another card with some more meta potential or even an archetype. Best of luck either way!

Card type: Spell

Spell type: Continuous

Effect: While this card remains on the field, any Trap Card that is activated is returned to the users hand instead of being sent to the Graveyard on resolution.
