Holy moley, a juiced up Future Fusion with a Metalfoes Counter-trigger that uses Deck-based Materials. S'like I can hear the Meta players of this game all orgasming from here. But at least its reigned in by its conditional HOPT-ion. But still, so much benefit for so much generic triggers screams for abuse.

So I think this card may demand a tad of specificity.

After all, this is Retribution Fusion (and this is also the Try-Not-To-Be-Busted-On-Arrival part of YCM Forum) so, let's make it so that one of those Fusion Materials has to be a monster with the same name as the destroyed monster. (you know, in keeping with the Retribution part-a monster's met its demise, a copy of it ensures its vengeance. Like Hamlet.)

I'd also suggest, if that option doesn't fly-or doesn't fly far enough-that you make those Fusion Materials be the same Level, but that can still lead into another, bigger can of worms (hai Infernoids, Chaos Dragons, ABCs.) So the Materials may also have to be banished face-down (the newest version of the Yu-Gi-Oh Twilight Zone (and what I call the "You're REALLY Not Getting These Back Realm"). I'd even let you have the caveat of the Fusion Materials coming from the Deck and Graveyard, if that's the way you choose to go.

But really, the restrictions are necessary because the wealth of Graveyard/banish triggers basically necessitates that any Deck-utilizing Fusion has to either be limited or Archetype-locked (especially if it mills LIGHT monsters) or have the Materials put out of synch with the strategy (liek Miracle Fusion.) Otherwise, this card, the second its taken anywhere past this forum's drawing board, will immediately go the way of its far-less-brutal brother, Future Fusion. Can't have that.

Good card otherwise, maybe too good. Keep it up!

So, yeah.

Bump. I changed the cost to a banishing face down cost to the twilight zone of the Yu-Gi-Oh world, aka the Shadow Realm. Must now include a monster with the same name as the destroyed monster too to fit the name's flavor more.
