dustdevil9
Lvl 5LightFairy/Fusion/Effect2300/14001 "Shaddoll" monster + 1 LIGHT monsterMust first be Fusion Summoned. If a "Shaddoll" monster you control battles a Special Summoned monster, you can send 1 "Shaddoll" monster card from your hand to the Graveyard, and if you do, that battling monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the sent monster's until the end of the Damage step. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. This is milder version of Construct, it's name is a play on how it's born again so it's a baby (cherub) now. It plays more the control style of Shaddolls. And because of its angelic lore I gave it GK Seraphanite stats. It also allows Shaddolls some xyz options.
Darj
Not fully convinced with this card.It sharing the same Level, stats and Type as Seraphinite is a nice nod to the gimmick of El Shaddolls, and lore-wise you could actually come up with an spin-off explanation for this card's existence, considering that the current form of Construct is Batlamyus, an opposite of Ptolemaeus, who in turn was Seraphinite at some point, so yeah. However, I'm concerned on the milling effect: correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't that effect the main reason for Construct's ban? Sure, Construct has a high ATK and that removal effect, but IIRC the mill played a bigger role. I would prefer to keep it safe and remove the milling effect from this card, just like the rest of the El Shaddolls don't mill. Besides, being able to fuse Shaddolls with LIGHTs should be enough of a boon. You are also missing a bit on the flavor department: El Shaddolls have effects that disrupt or antagonize Special Summons or Special Summoned monsters, while this card is lacking an anti-Special Summon effect. You should change that if you wish to be as flavorful as possible. In short, I would rather cut the milling effect and add an effect that negatively affects Special Summons or Special Summoned monsters.
dustdevil9
I modified it to make it more like the new Trap but also resembling of Construct. Should be much better to make Shaddolls a tad bit more aggressive.

Darj
Want to say that I really like it now: It has the anti-Specials effect, provides extra pluses for enables you to play your Shaddolls from the hand at the cost of speed (waiting until the End Phase) and only working on Special Summoned monster keeps it on check in a way (if the opponent has no Special Summoned monsters, you cannot use its effect) discourages the opponent from attacking Shaddolls, including any Maindeck that is Set on the field, unless they are willing to deal the extra plus they give you, and on her own can reach an impressive amount of 5500 ATK by discarding Beast. The only thing is missing IMO is hard OPT there, because if you control 2+ Shaddolls, you can make inflict extra damage in the same Battle Phase, and that can get unfair, especially with El Shaddoll Fusion which can be used during the Battle Phase to drop an extra Shaddoll and attack. Actually... seems I misread it at first and thought it actually sent the Shaddoll monster from the deck, and that it gained ATK equal to its DEF, for a maximum ATK of 4250 by milling a cute Zefracore tech, but more often than not +4000 ATK from Beast. To be honest, I like this take on the effect more, of course with a hard OPT stapled there, since it's more live by not requiring a Shaddoll card at hand and it generates a plus from the milled Shaddoll, but doesn't hit 5000 ATK by using Beast; but it's your call. Regardless, you should fix a bit the card text IMO since it lets you discard any Shaddoll card, but doesn't specify what happens if you discard a non-monster Shaddoll. I suggest something like this:During damage calculation, if a "Shaddoll" monster you control battles a Special Summoned monster: You can send 1 "Shaddoll" card from your hand to the Graveyard, then, if it was a Monster Card, that monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of the sent monster until the end of the Damage step. So yeah, now it makes it clear that the boost only applies when discarding an actual monster. I also suggest the "before damage calculation" timing so there won't be doubt that the boost can apply when a Special Summoned monster attacks a Set Shaddoll; during damage calculation, the monster should be already face-up, confirming it is indeed a Shaddoll monster and enabling Cherub to use its effect EDIT: Yeah, i realize it sounds like I'm contradicting myself when I said i would rather scrap any milling effect, but in this case IMO it can get away with it because of the conditions and requirements for the milling:- You have to wait until the Battle Phase.- Won't work when battling Non-Special summoned monsters.- After a hard OPT clause it will be further safe from abuse. And the before damage step thing is a good call, and the hard once per turn would sit better flavor wise. But other wise it's fine, this card paints a target on itself, so your opponent either has to use some UTL effects or take out this card before the battle phase. Beyond those it's balanced I'll go ahead and HOPT but I'm afraid if I do the before damage step the SEND Effect will miss timing type of thing. And they way I have it worded isn't considered a cost? that would make them miss timing. Also editing the effect to be monster and not just card. The way you wrote it makes the discard an effect, since it's followed by the "if you do" conjunction. However, what is missing is the proper PSCT punctuation mark. In your case, you are missing the ":" before the "You can send 1...".
