If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a monster.

Level 7 Spellcaster-type

2500 / ???

Each time you activate a Continuous Spell Card, this card gains 300 ATK when that Continuous Spell Card resolves. During either player's turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card: You can target 1 Continuous Spell Card you control; return it to the hand, and if you do, you can activate 1 Continuous Spell Card from your hand with a different name.

Clairvoyance

Normal Spell

Choose 1 Set card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Zone, and declare 1 card type (Spell or Trap); reveal the chosen card, and if it is the declared card type, shuffle it into your opponent's Deck, and if you do, you can draw 2 cards. Otherwise, Set it on your opponent's field, and if you do, your opponent can draw 2 cards.

God I love Clairvoyance...  It makes cards that reveal stuff seem more rewarding than they probably should be. Though hypothetically what would happen if they hit a Monster that you could Set in the S/T Zones like Artifacts and Silver Sentinel? Nothing? They would probably have to include Monsters as a declarable Card Type if they were to release it.

Artifacts and Silver Sentinel are set as Spell Cards, so declaring Spell would work against them.
