Flavorwise, what is this suppose to be?

 

In other usage, I'm not entirely fond of it. First off, there's no hard OPT on either effect. Also, I'm entirely liking to the idea of summoning Dark Destroyer from all three main locations and getting its effect, especially as a quick effect. This pretty much can summon 2 high level high attack point monsters during the battle phase and they both get their effects. I suggest putting a hard OPT on the first effect.

Summoning Dark Destroyer from anywhere through a Normal Summonable monster at the mere cost of 1000 LP is a no no; and on top of that is a Quick Effect and lacks hard OPT, opening the door to combos. Dark Destroyer being Limited in TCG doesn't justify it either because the banlist is always subject to change.
