Draw 2 cards, then discard your entire hand. You can only activate 1 "Pot of Hopelessness" per turn.

First thing that came to mind was Dark World. You can Set or activate as many cards as possible that can be played from your hand, then if the remaining cards are monsters, you can trigger their effects. (Although being left handless is somewhat a risky move)

 

I also thought of Infernity, but since Archfiend won't have time to trigger with this, I'm not sure if this would benefit them.

 

Maybe the simplest solution is the best: Mystical Refpanel. 2-cards combo that depletes your opponent's entire hand.

I find funny how this is basically the "bad result" of Allure of Darkness xD

And yeah, the first that comes to mind is Dark World, and also Fableds- shot

Shaddolls, BAs and PKs could do stuff with it as well, I guess. Heck, maybe even HEROes by setting ROTA/E-Calls, unclogging the hand from monsters and search for Bubblemans.

With no hand it is a "mill the top 2 cards of your Deck" at worst, and some non-floater decks may find that useful, too. Maybe Lightsworns and Infernoids?

The combo with Repfanel sounds sweet, too.
