The card text "lists ice counters in its text" allows for more inclusion of cards rather than an archetypal name. I like how all of the monsters can be NS, but some have SS options. Especially good that you can place ice counters on either player's monsters, then use them for your own effects. The Xyz make a strong one-two punch where you're negating tons of monster effects and using Summoner as search power then making Skade to place a bunch of counters. Only problem I could see is that WATER has a lot of support, so it's possible that some other archetype could use these cards despite the only-WATER special summon condition.
