Add ether 1 Gemini, OR: 2 Level 6 or lower Normal Monster from your Deck to your Hand. you cannot add Pendulum monster that has Pendulum Effect this way. During your Draw Phase while you only control 1 or no card in your Monster and/or Pendulum Zone: you can add this card from your Deck to your Hand instead conducting a Normal Draw. and if you do, the activation and effect of "State of Starting" you control this turn cannot be negated but banish it when it resolved instead sent it to Graveyard.

Cool Idea. The adding from the deck to the hand instead of drawing is interesting. Seems like it would have to be an OCG card. Also, just wondering, what does it support? (I'm sorry I'm not up to date on the latest archetypes)

Suggested text fix:

Add 1 Gemini monster or 2 Level 6 or lower non-Pendulum Monsters from your Deck to your hand. During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard while you control 1 or less cards in your Monster and/or Pendulum Zones, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand, and if you do, this turn, the activation and effect of "State of Starting" cannot be negated and any "State of Starting" that resolves is banished instead of being sent to the Graveyard.

 

 

Now, the cards looks good but I can't say I'm enthusiastic about it since it's pretty much a better ROTA for Geminis, considering it can pick a Gemini with any Level plus the re-usability effect, while it doubles as a seemingly impractical Normal support since, while it can pick 2 vanillas, you can't really do much with them at hand without assistance from other cards, unlike with Summoner's Art that shines for its ability to pick Pendulum vanillas.

I won't suggest any improvements or big changes since the card is solid enough as a ROTA; well, maybe it would be advisable to limit the search of Geminis to Level4s or lower, just to be fair.
