While this card is face-up on your side of the field, cards can only be added to the hand by drawing them from the Deck. Also, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to negate the Special Summon of 1 of your opponent's monsters and destroy it.

Should be relased in LODT

This card is f*cking awesome.

Raiou along with Doomcaliber Knight help make up the meat of Emperor Control in the OCG.

The added anti-Sangan/Reinforcement of the Army/Stratos etc. ability, and the negate Special Summoning is what makes this guy so versatile.

Plus he looks pretty damn awesome to boot.

I remember Judai playing this card in the anime, it's an awesome card.

I hope it will be released soon.

I had this card on the field once and I was against a DAD deck. He got his 3 Darks in his graveyard and then summoned DAD, so I thought he forgot about his second effect. I negated the summon, and hop, there came the second DAD.

(It's obvious that he then blew my field and used the Instawin card)

Wouldn't there be 4 darks in the graveyard then?

If he took priority, he cheated.

It's not that calling priority makes him a cheater, it's just in that instant it makes hima cheater.

I assume you figured out why.

... WTF' date=' Priority? He cheated when he done the move, like RedSceptile said. 'Nuff said. lol, Spiderman comics... got bored and read one at my school ^_^

[/quote']

Wrong. The Dark Armed Dragon user can call priority, but in this case it would be illegal. Know why?

Because Raiou negates the Special Summoning of Dark armed Dragon. Since the summoning is negated, priority can't be called.

Ok' date=' sorry if this seems n00bish, but WTF is priority?

[/quote']

The ability to activate the effect of a card at the moment of summoning. Say for example summoning Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End, and I activate Torrential Tribute. You can use priority to use Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End's effect to blow up the field.

You can't use priority whenever a summon is negated though.
