Parallel Merchandiser

LIGHT / Level 4 / Spellcaster / Pendulum / Effect

L-Scale 3 / R-Scale 3

Pendulum Effect

You can Destroy 1 Monster you controls with Counters on it: Add 1 Monster with the same Attribute and Type but with less Level from your Deck to your hand, Also then the respective Attribute, Level, and Type of "Parallel  Merchandiser" in your Possession become same as that destroyed monster, instead. You can only active this effect of "Parallel  Merchandiser" once per turn.

Monster Effect

Once while this card is face-up on the field, During either player turn: You can Target 1 monster you control with Counters on it; Distribute a number of Counters with the same name as Counters on that Target to face-up cards on the field other than cards with the same name as the Target equal to the current Level of this card. and if you do, this card gain ATK equal to number of Counters distributed x100.

ATK 1500 / DEF 1000

Great way to expedite those Royal Magical Library plays if you've been keeping that Magical Citadel of Endymion healthy. Also helps if you specify which Parallel Merchandisers you're affecting with this effect. Like, the ones in the Monster Zone?

But the Pendulum effect may actually help to make Endymion Army decks a reality-using this for the sake of a Magical Exemplar/Eradicator/Something/gawd why did anyone think this was a good name for a Spellcaster?! for lesser monsters-since most are EARTH or DARK Spellcasters, you can use it to get Mathematician, Night's End Sorcerers, the Magician's Rod, all that jazz. But the main issue I have with this ability is that it's one that may yet benefit from being lateral-as in, most of the stuff that usually accumulates Spell Counters are all Level 4, and forcing the player to go lower than that, even if the presence of more Parallel Merchandisers on the board allows easy Xyzes. Allowing it to get monsters of the same Level, but a different name, would help the Spell Counter-having monsters' game a lot more, is all I'm saying.

Otherwise, loving to see more Counter support here.

technically i don't have to specify the range of the Typing changing effect since official meaning of "in Possession" is literally anywhere. say if i have 2 Parallel, 1 on my field (2 if you count the pendulum for this scenario) and 1 on my deck. once i change the typing both of those monster get their type changes
