Guest BGMCANN0N
Overappraisal [Normal Trap]Your opponent chooses 3 cards from your Deck to banish, face-down; this turn, each time a player draws a card by card effect, except by the effect of "Overapprasal": They draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Overappraisal" per turn.
Darj
Not worth playing it, unless I missing something. I mean, this and the banished card is a -2, so you would need to draw twice to break even after resolving it, and then you start profiting after that, but having 2 draw effects at hand is situational already, now imagine having a third one or more? Yeah, this will hardly work to your advantage. You could try Maxx C, but after resolving this it would only further discourage the opponent from continuing with his/her Special Summons. Not to mention the extra draws will apply to the opponent too. I guess you can remove the banish cost to make it less punishing, and not let it apply on the opponent, but I think would still remain as an unreliable card for competitive play akin to Supply Squad, Extra Buck and other drawing effects that rely on the player doing something else to trigger them. It could see some use in a casual, level though. EDIT:Actually, I don't think this is a good card to make, after all, because of its "I draw more" nature. It just screams of abuse in non-interactive decks that rely on heavy drawing to drop an FTK/OTK, namely the infamous Exodia. That, or it can end up like "Super Rejuvenation", which is not a good outcome.
Guest BGMCANN0N
I think I have an idea to balance it to nullify its use in Exodia decks or other said decks. Made edit.
