I would say it like this: "This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by tributing 3 monsters on your side of the field. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, remove it from play." its overpowered because it does not require anything to destroy monsters and u can do it once a turn. but if you cant special summon it, it isnt as powerful. so, 1) limit its effect and 2)get a better pic and save them as .png instead of .jpeg or whatever u used. :) 5/10
