Bringerofcake
Bug CaseField SpellWhen this card is activated: Add 1 "Digital Bug" monster from your deck to your hand. Once per turn, if you control a LIGHT Insect-type monster: You can target 1 monster on the field; change its Battle Position. It's based off a computer case. I'm really bad at names. The effect is simple, and gives bugs more utility simply by existing. Change their battle positions and get their effects, or if you have the Xyz, pop a guy in defense mode and run him over for profit. Plus Matrix is awful. Bug OverheatQuick-Play SpellTarget 1 LIGHT Insect-type Xyz monster you control; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon any monsters that were attached to it as Xyz Material. Their effects are negated, and they cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Increase the levels of all monsters you control by 2. You can only activate 1 "Bug Overheat" per turn. Generic utility, turn your xyz into a wall, next turn make the bigger version with all of the goodies the mats bring. Banishing it intentionally left as multiple times per turn in case you don't have emergencies on hand. Digital Bug MobotterflyLIGHTInsect/Xyz/EffectR4/2200/16002 or more Level 4 Insect-type monsters/You can also Xyz Summon "Digital Bug Mobotterfly" once per turn by using a Rank 2 or 3 Insect-type Xyz monster as Xyz Material. (Xyz Material attached to that monster become Xyz Material on this card.) Once per turn: you can target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field; attach it to this card as Xyz Material. While this card is attached to an Xyz monster as Xyz Material, that Xyz monster gains the following effect:~Once per turn: you can target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field; attach it to this card as Xyz Material. Bugs have a neat idea, but they didn't go far enough with it. what would end up happening is that Scaradiator would supposedly fill up with mats, then rank up into corebage and so on. the problem was that corebage and rinocebus became lackluster bosses after losing all the goodies that made scaradiator so strong. a small but plausible solution is presented, with the ability to pick up a constant stream of Xyz Material to make the investment in making the bosses less awful, and to give them some utility so that they aren't just "hit stuff" bosses. Digital Bug PSUllidLIGHTInsect/Xyz/EffectR9/3000/26002 or more Level 9 Insect-type monster/You can also Xyz Summon "Digital Bug PSUllid" once per turn by using a Rank 7 or 8 Insect-type Xyz monster as Xyz Material. (Xyz Material attached to that monster become Xyz Material on this card.) Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; it gains the effects of that detached monster until the end of the next turn. You can target 2 "Digital Bug" monsters and/or "Bug" Spell/Trap cards in your Graveyard; add them to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Digial Bug PSUllid" once per turn. And then to finish off, we have a "hits stuff" boss, in the sense that it can use the accumulated power of all of your previous rank ups to devastating effect, while allowing you to keep going after ranking up so it's not just one and done.
