Effect:
During your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase, if this card is in your hand: You can banish 1 Rank 10 Xyz Monster from your field or Graveyard; Special Summon this card (this is a Quick Effect). Cannot be used as a Tribute or as Fusion or Synchro Material for a Summon. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Rank 10 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck; this card's name, Type, and Attribute become that monsters', and replace this effect with that monster's original effect(s) (if you would detach Xyz Materials to activate this card's replaced effect, send other cards from your field and/or hand to the Graveyard instead). These changes last until the end of the next turn.

I honestly don't like the idea of this card, nor its genericness. It feels like it's invalidating the point of the Train deck by just cheating out the effect of an xyz without actually making one. It just doesn't fit the theme of trains. Plus, it can be used in other decks, by summoning it with Call of the Haunted or whatever. I would much prefer Trains got something to make rank 10 xyzs more easily rather than this.

"Cannot be used as a Tribute or as Fusion or Synchro Material for a Summon" is mostly pointless.

I just said Train Support to be clickbaity, who knows maybe Konami will make an actual Level and Rank 10 Machine Archetype based around knights, and the effect that states "Cannot be used as a Tribute or as Fusion or Synchro Material for a Summon" is mostly there because of the Kaijus.
