Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Attach all cards in your hand, Deck, Extra Deck, Field, Banished Zone and Graveyard to it as Xyz Materials, then, during the End Phase, you lose 1000 LP for each card.

But seriously, a card like this shouldn't exist because of that kind of Xyzs, who get big effects when they have a lot of Xyz materials attached. Not to mention the effect is too extreme by attaching even the entire Decks and Extra Decks.

 

You can try this concept by heavily restricting the effect, like limiting it only attaching monsters from the hand, field and/or banished cards. I would still avoid the grave because mill-happy decks exist (e.g. Lightsworns, Infernoids, Lawnmowing variants).
