ABC Gun Posted February 3, 2017 Report Share Posted February 3, 2017 Okay so I don't know how well a couple of made up cards are gonna do IRL, but whatevs. These cards continue the Starstrides theme of absolute Pendulum Summoning and Special Summoning Extra Deck Pendulums, as well as using LIGHT Pendulum Monsters in your Graveyard, this time they work well with Synchros. Artwork for both cards done by Toshiaki Takayama (could not find link for Apex Dragon) here is their deviant art page http://takayamatoshiaki.deviantart.com/ please support them when you can "Nadir" Pendulum Effect: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except LIGHT Pendulum Monsters. This effect cannot be negated. Once per chain, during your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase, if you activate a Trap Card or Trap effect: You can, immediately after this effect resolves; Synchro Summon 1 LIGHT Synchro Monster using only "Starstride" Pendulum Monsters from your hand or face-up from your Extra Deck as the Synchro Materials, then destroy this card.Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Pendulum Summoned. If this Pendulum Summoned card would be used as Synchro Material for the Synchro Summon of a LIGHT Synchro Monster, the other Synchro Materials used are LIGHT Pendulum Monsters in your hand or face-up in your Extra Deck, also that Synchro Summoned monster is unaffected by your opponent's Trap Cards until the end of the next turn.Monster Effect: "Apex" Pendulum Effect: You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except LIGHT Pendulum Monsters. This effect cannot be negated. During the Standby Phase: You can destroy 3 other cards in your Monster Zone, Spell & Trap Zone, and/or Pendulum Zone (2 LIGHT Pendulum Monster Cards and 1 Trap Card); Special Summon this card, then destroy 1 other card on the field.Monster Effect: 1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT Pendulum Monsters with different namesMust first be Synchro Summoned with the above Synchro Materials. Each time a Trap Card or Trap effect is activated; draw 1 card and make this card gain 500 ATK and DEF immediately after it resolves. During either player's turn, while this card is in a Monster Zone: You can destroy 1 "Starstride" card in your Pendulum Zone, then declare the name of a Trap Card; for the rest of this turn, if the declared card or its effect(s) is activated, replace the activated effect with the destroyed card's Pendulum Effect, also place this card in your Pendulum Zone (this is a Quick Effect).
