Why did Konami give us twinkle twinkle when they could have given us this:

Pendulum Effect: You can only Pendulum Summon "Abyss Actor" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a player activates a card or effect, you can: That effect becomes "Your opponent destroys 1 Set card they control", then shuffle 1 "Abyss Actor" Pendulum Monster in your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck into the Main Deck.

 

Monster Effect: Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Abyss Script" or "Abyss Prop" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Abyss Actor" monster from your Deck to your hand.
