And, if you chain it to the summon, if he uses priority, he can just use his effect and the cost of Exiled (tributing himself) is paid first again, so the effect of ECon would disappear by the time it resolves. Orochi Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 better explained: if your opponent activates exiled force's effect you can chain econ with the second effect, BUT you can't target exiled because exiled is no longer on the field, also if you target another monster and you control it when the chain resolves, the controlled monster is not destroyed by exiled effect, because exiled targets...
