When this card is Summoned, apply 1 of the following effects depending on your speed: * 10km/h ~ 20km/h: Draw 1 card. 21km/h ~ 30km/h: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. 21km/h ~ 30km/h: Special Summon 1 monster from your hand. 31km/h ~ 50km/h: Special Summon 1 monster from either player's Graveyard. 51km/h ~ 80km/h: Draw 2 cards. 81km/h ~ 150km/h: Add 2 cards from your Deck to your hand (You can only use this effect of "Decode Talker" once per turn). 151km/h ~ 300km/h: Special Summon 1 monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning Condictions. 301km/h ~ 800km/h: Banish all cards in your opponent's Hand, field and Graveyard. 801km/h ~ 3000km/h: Synchro Summon any number of monsters using monsters from your Deck. 3001km/h ~ 20.000km/h: This card's ATK and DEF become 100.000 and it become unaffected by other card effects and it cannot be tributed. 20.001km/h ~ 200.000km/h: For the rest of the Duel, you take no Damage. 200.001km/h ~ 1.000.000km/h: For the rest of the Duel, your opponent cannot activate Spells, Traps or monster effects. 1.000.001km/h+: You win the Duel.
