During either player's turn, you can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Gusto" monster from your Deck, except "Gaile, Memory of Gusto". You can banish this card and up to 2 other "Gusto" monsters from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 WIND Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level is equal to combined Levels of the shuffled monsters (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) You can only use 1 "Gaile, Memory of Gusto" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Holy Sphreez, this is ridiculous - Some scenarios:

Tribute during opponent's End Phase to Summon Pilica, trigger Pilica to get Egul, your turn, Synchro 4 to get Falcos, Summon Caam/Musto, go into Castel, detach Falcos and Caam to shuffle crap from field to deck, trigger Gaile to shuffle in with Pilica and Egul for Sphreez, Sphreez returns Falcos to Extra Deck, go from there.

Tribute during your turn to Summon Gulldo, Tribute Summon Reeze, trigger Gulldo to Summon Egul, Synchro 6 for Sphreez, Sphreez returns Gulldo to hand, go from there(with Gaile, Reeze, and Egul in Grave to go into Synchro 8 for Crystal Wing next turn).

Tribute during opponent's End Phase to Summon Pilica, trigger Pilica to get Falco, your turn, Synchro 5 to get Gulldos, trigger Gaile to shuffle with Pilica and Egul for Eguls or Clear Wing, go from there.

 

EDIT I misread the Level and thought this was 2-Star. Thank goodness it isn't. If you want to break this card a bit more, make it Level 2.

Huh, Level3 is deadly already.

This is a quite strong card already as a no-cost Synchro Summon with the grave effect, and as Piliica searcher, potentially activating Pilica's effect during your opponent's turn so your are not bound by its summoning restriction during your next turn AND you get to use this card's second effect during that turn to potentially drop 2 Sphreezes in the same turn.

 

I find amusing how this card simulates a Synchro Summon with its graveyard effect, despite not being a Tuner itself like other cards with a similar effect, such as Vayu and Ghost Charon. Not to mention that it Summons any WIND Synchro regardless of their material requirements as long as the Levels match, so you could even shortcut into Crystal Wing there. Spinning the monsters into the Deck is a quite evil "cost" too, since it recycles your Gustos to keep on looping with the Sphreeze crashes, or puts Gusto Synchros back into the Extra Deck; I would be more comfortable if it banished the monsters instead, like Vayu and Ghost Charon do.

So I did some thinking and consideration of this method, and I I like it better than my idea.. Because, Gusto then could run Pot of Acquisitiveness if they wanted to. I mean they do have Gusto Thunbolt which does some banishing itself. And isn't like they have to commit to using this card's effect unless it is absolutely necessary.
