Once per turn, during either player's turn, when you Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster(s) from your Extra Deck: Special Summon 1 "Synchron" or "Stardust" Monster from your Deck in Face-Up Defence Position, but it's effects on the Field are negated. If this Face-Up Card on the field is destroyed by your opponent's Card Effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Extra Deck, Banished Zone or Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Clear Mind" per turn. Stardust Highway (スターダストーヒヱイ)Continuous TrapSpecial Summon 1 "Stardust" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck in Face-Up Defence position, but it's effects are negated and it's ATK and DEF become 0. If you Synchro Summon a Monster(s), you must use the "Stardust" Synchro Monster you Special Summoned with this effect as a Synchro Material Monster. If this card is removed from the field, destroy that Monster. Not sure on PSCT, but it should be relatively obvious what the cards are intended to do. Mostly made these to make it easier to summon Shooting Star and Chronicle Spark, although you can probably summon Sifr and Quasar / Blazar through some elaborate combo, also to allow Synchrons a way into Rank 8s if they want to dedicate the Extra Deck space to it with Stardust Highway.
