It doesn't feel like a Fairy Tail monster to me. I know they don't have any effects in common, but so far most of them have disruptive or protection effects, as opposed to lock effects, plus they can all be Special Summoned; and thus these effects don't seem fitting.

It was better as Apocalypse Witch, IMO, despite its LIGHT Attribute.

 

As for the effects, it's fine I guess. Basically a more oppressive Splendid Venus that you can Normal Summon but not Special Summon.
