CowCow must disguise himself to avoid being chased all over the place. Which I don't get, since he can just use his psychic powers to defeat anyone who chases him. However, back to the matter at hand. [spoiler=In reality, CowCow is actually....] And no, you can't catch him. Even if you could, he'd do the exact opposite of anything you tell him to do.
