Because I like these guys, but I'll be danged if that maindeck isn't lacking.

Supreme King Dragon Shadevyrn

DARK - Level 4 - Scale 3

Dragon / Pendulum / Tuner / Effect

Once per turn: You can reveal any number of DARK Pendulum Monsters in your hand and shuffle them into the Deck, then draw cards equal to the number of cards you shuffled into the Deck. If you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. You can only use this effect of "Supreme King Dragon Shadevyrn" once per turn.

Cannot Special Summon Synchro Monsters using this card as a Material, except DARK monsters. If this Pendulum Summoned card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, banish it. You can Tribute this face-up card and target 1 DARK Pendulum Monster in your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position, but negate its effects.

ATK 1200 / DEF 1800

Supreme King Gate Cosmos

DARK - Level 12 - Scale 9

Fiend / Pendulum / Effect

You can only Pendulum Summon DARK monsters. Once per turn, you can target 1 Rank 4 or Level 8 "Supreme King Dragon" monster you control, except a Pendulum Monster: Return it to the Extra Deck, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Supreme King Dragon" monster from your Extra Deck with a different name.

Cannot be Normal Summoned. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Supreme King Dragon" monster from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the sent monster's ATK. While you control 2 "Supreme King Gate" monsters in your Pendulum Zones, this card can activate its effect twice per turn, but if you activate this card's effect a second time in a turn, halve any battle damage your opponent receives for the rest of the turn.

ATK 500 / DEF 500

Supreme King Gate Chronos

DARK - Level 1 - Scale 6

Fiend / Pendulum / Effect

Once per turn, you can target 1 DARK Pendulum Monster in your Graveyard or Face-Up in your Extra Deck: Until the end of this turn, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes equal to that monster's Pendulum Scale. Pendulum Monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF x the number of Pendulum Monsters face-up in your Extra Deck.

Once per turn, you can target 1 DARK Pendulum monster in your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck: Until the end of this turn, this card's Level and type become equal to that target's Level and type, and this card's monster card type is treated as that target's monster card type (Pendulum, Synchro, Fusion, or Xyz).

ATK 500 / DEF 500

Supreme King's Court

Continuous Spell Card

You can target 1 other face-up card you control: Destroy it, and if you do, apply 1 of these effects.

● Send 1 "Supreme King" card from your Deck to your Graveyard.

● Add 1 Level 7 or higher "Supreme King" Pendulum Monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

You can only activate this effect of "Supreme King's Court" once per turn.

Supreme King's Chalice

Normal Spell Card

Banish, from your side of the field or face-up in your Extra Deck, the Material Monsters listed on a "Supreme King" Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck, and if you do, Special Summon that monster, ignoring its Summoning conditions. If you Special Summon an Xyz Monster using this card's effect, you can attach this card to that monster as an Xyz Material. You can only activate 1 "Supreme King's Chalice" per turn.

Feel free to tell me how busted these become because Darkwurm is such a strong card and that the balancing factor for the silly Supreme King bosses is that their maindeck kinda sucks on its own. I've more or less tried to stay within what the Supreme King deck is all about, and definitely made an effort to not steal the limelight from any of the other maindeck cards (such as the Gates). Let me know whatchyu think.

I'm fond of our one and only God's cards, so I'll gladly rate.

1) This one is mostly fine, regardless I'd still try to add further restrictions on this guy. I mean Pend Tuners are all neutered in some way (your is), and Servant Clear Wing is a beast. As things stand currently it feels like Dracoluster and Ignister all over again, and those two cards were toxic.

2) I think this one should be a Gate. The Pend of this guy is kinda broke, I mean, given how Servant CW is a thing. I'd consider changing this altogether or putting harsher restrictions. Monster wise it is fine.

3) This one is fine, but it should be a Gate too since none of them are "Supreme King" alone.

4) I'd change how the name stuff works there. Just so you know King of Yamimakai and DDD Kaiser are "Supreme King" too, and so far none of the support for Zarc ever alludes to "Supreme King" alone. It is either SKG or SKSS. The effs look neat in paper, but do not seem to do very much. Dump can get Darkwurm which is nice, restricted search is.......ehh. Also neither of these effects really helps Zarc js.

Good effort, the ideas are rough in some aspects, but it does approach nicely. It just needs some polishing and it should get the job done better.

7/10.

I've reworked Shadevyrn's restrictions, making it a bit more useful for other things but also eliminating its ease of re-use.

Remember that Servant CW's nuke is only triggered on a proper Synchro Summon. This card's summon is only a Special Summon. I've also changed the names as well as some of the naming conventions; some effects are more generic, and a couple are a bit more specific.

What is now Supreme King Gate Chronos has a bit more going for its copy-effect, and its wording has been brushed up.

I've also added a new card to give a bit more support for Zarc. My assumption was that if the engine for getting out the pieces was better, then Zarc, in turn, would be easier to summon. This should throw the big guy a lil' bone.

Since you used the name Cosmos, I think the other should be named Chaos (so that they are opposing concepts like Zero and Infinity, and it keeps the thematic sense with the Magicians as well).

The Tuner now is more balanced, the new Spell I like it a lot.

This is shaping a lot better.
