Made an Xyz Monster that can attach an opponent's monster to it as Xyz Material as well as its Xyz Material. You do need to control no other monsters, but for a powerful effect like this, I think that's fair. It boosts its own ATK and DEF as well for each Xyz Material attached to it. It also destroys itself if it doesn't have Xyz Material, so yeah.

 

2 or more Level 3 monsters
If you control no other monsters: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent control; attach that target to this card as an Xyz Material (Xyz Material attached to that monster become attached to this card) You can only use this effect of “Windbag Warrior” once per turn. This card gains 300 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. If this card has no Xyz Material, destroy it.
